Tim Murphy graduated from Loyola College in Baltimore. Intrigued early about wealth management and helping others to understand financing, Tim started as a banker and later entered the world of mortgage lending. Tim is a member of the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors and active on the Education Committee. Tim is also a member of the Charles County Chamber and active on the Finance Committee.
He has done interviews for Financial Matters on the local Comcast Channel 95. He has spoken nationally at Sales Mastery 2007 sponsored by Todd Duncan. Presently Tim is the Branch Manager with C & F Mortgage Corporation, a top producer with over 20 years of experience. Tim has originated over $750 million dollars in mortgages in the last 5 years. Tim resides with his wife and 4 children in Charles County Maryland. His passion is to educate people with direction for a balanced financial life.
